In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours by either USPS or UPS.
Credit card payments are accepted through Paypal. Please remember: a Paypal account IS NOT REQUIRED and you do not need to sign up for one. Using Paypal adds an additional level of security and protection for both the customer and the vendor.
A Return-to-Manufacturer-Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained via email within 30 days of item receipt before any new and unused item can be returned for refund or exchange. Please contact us via email (service@desert-tails.com) and describe the reason for the return. All returned items must be new and unused, and in the original packaging. Desert-tails will pay for return shipping only when we have mistakenly shipped you an incorrect item.
